Registered Dietitian and Founder of Alpine Nutrition
Autumn Leaves
Niki Randolph MS, RD, CISSN

I’m a clinical dietitian who believes nutrition is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve health, enhance performance, and enrich daily life. As the founder of Alpine Nutrition, I combine evidence-based practice with a compassionate, personalized approach to help you find clarity in a world of conflicting nutrition messages.

Before becoming a dietitian, I spent 15 years in pharmaceutical research, specializing in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. That experience gave me a strong analytical foundation and a deep appreciation for the ways in which nutrition and pharmacology intersect to optimize clinical outcomes.

My mission is simple—to empower people and communities with flexible, sustainable nutrition strategies that support both physical health and improved quality of life.

I’m a Colorado native, tennis enthusiast, wife to a skilled martial artist, and proud mom of two boys who keep me on my toes—experiences that shape the real-life, balanced approach I bring to my work with clients.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by nutrition confusion and ready to make meaningful, lasting changes, I’m here to guide you with clarity and compassion. Together, we’ll create a sustainable path toward a stronger, healthier you.
